Job Description

Perform strategic data analysis and research within SAP & other data structures to support business processes and strategy and discuss results with team leads and customers. Process large amounts of data from multiple sources and extract relevant insights. Gather requirements from clients, customers or end-users and build predictive models & ensure the models are robust enough to be used in production
Change the future with Us:
- Establish efficient, consistent, and standardized processes and information flows for reporting and Planning processes
- Moderation and coordination of the technical implementation of the IT service adjustments resulting from the customer requirements
- Responsible creation and tracking of a roadmap as well as release management
- Responsible for Provider SLA management towards the service delivery
- Responsible for the selection, control, and quality assurance of the service providers used
- Ensuring the compliance of the managed IT applications Cybersecurity, ICFR, FDA, IT Group guidelines, audits, etc
We don’t need superheroes, just super minds :
- Technical expert in SAP BI, SAP BI IP, SAP ERP with hands-on experience
- Expert in software architectures and development (SAP BI, SAP AO, SAP BO, SAP BI-IP)
- Advanced knowledge of IT service management (e.g. ITIL, SOEP)
- Advanced Process knowledge in planning, Reporting & Analytics
- Extensive experience in system design, build, and deployment of planning processes using SAP BW / IP
- Ensuring the regularity of the managed IT applications Cybersecurity, IT Group guidelines, audits, etc.
- Basic Knowledge of IT project management (e.g. PM@SOP IT)
