Your Role and Responsibilities
As a developer within the IBM Security Verify organisation you will be working with a group of skilled engineers in developing and maintaining one of the portfolios key foundational products. This product is used by some of IBM largest enterprise customers to support their identity and access requirements. In this role you will use your existing skill and knowledge to ensure that the product is delivered to meet our customer current needs and at the highest level of quality.

Your Role and Responsibilities

- Implement changes to enhance the product to fulfil customer drive requirements.
- Implement changes to resolve product defects to improve overall product quality.
- Implement automated test cases to ensure all products changes are validated.
- Work with the wider IBM Security support team to assist with customer issues.
- Assist with the testing and validation of the product as needed
- 4+ years of experience in software development life cycle.
- 2-3 years of C/C++ development skills.
- 1-2 years of developing products that support multiple operating system.
- 1-2 years of Java development skills.
- Skills in installing products across multiple operating systems including Windows, Linux, AIX and Solaris.
- Excellent communication and soft skills
- Passionate and ability work and deliver in a multi team environment
- Good team player
- Flexible and quick learner
- Prior experience working within the cybersecurity industry.
- Prior experience installing and administrating IBM Security Verify products.
- Prior experience developing unit test cases.
- Prior experience working within container deployments.
