Duties & Responsibilities:
- Use product platform to help clients configure its application and databases
- Provide hands-on guidance to clients on best practices in leveraging the software
- Use industry-standard development tools (JavaScript, jQuery, SQL, etc.) to develop customized solutions for clients
- Evaluate clients’ needs to create solutions in order to meet functional, technical, and reporting requirements
- Determine database configuration needs and requirements for new clients
- Perform and/or support data conversion support
- Define, develop and support product testing to ensure customer needs are met
Minimum Knowledge, Skills, And Abilities Required:
- Experience:
- Requires 1 to 2 years of related experience which includes previous software development, or consulting
- Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical degree or equivalent experience
- Computer/Technical:
- Experience in product-related development frameworks (such as ASP.net, SQL, Java, Salesforce)
- Proficient in Office 365 - Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook
- Proficient in development management platforms (TFS, Jira, Trello, etc.)
- Demonstrate ability to learn and understand basic office software applications
- Other Skills:
- Excellent verbal and written communication, organization and follow up skills
- Demonstrable ability to build long term relationships and trust with customers
- Excellent relationship building skills and the ability to work both individually and as a member of a team are necessary
- Proven ability to handle multiple tasks with minimal supervision
- Ability to work effectively within a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
Working Conditions:
- Normal office environment
- Extending viewing of computer screens
- Some overnight travel may be required
Essential Functions:
- Frequently sits at a computer terminal and desk
- Frequently walks to other areas within or outside of the department to distribute or gather information
- Occasional standing; occasional lifting moderate loads up to 25 lbs.; frequent bending
- Stooping, crouching while filing; occasional reaching, twisting, turning
- Frequent handling of files, pencils, paper; frequent keyboarding, writing, and other duties requiring fingering.
